I need a reality check : Honda CRBR 650R vs Suzuki GSX 1250FA

Hello y'all ! I have been doing a lot of research and I still cannot choose, so I need to make a post about it.
I am 28 yo and I have a Suzuki GSX 650F 2011. I love it, but I want something else. It's too heavy for what the engine can offer, it's not the right colour (I fell in front of the seller lol, so I just had to buy it), and I'm bored of it.
I don't ride much, I did 3000km a year since I got it, usually commuting, 30-50km, and longer rides, 70-150 km a few times a year. I would like to go touring though. I'm planning on going to Germany, either 400 km or 800 km of riding, and then I would love to do a huge tour to Norway. 3000 km +, but it's not gonna happen anytime soon... :(
I've been wanting to buy the 1250FA. It's not that heavier (+16 kg), it's got that big ol' engine tha gives a max of torque at very low rpm, and it just has the look that I like. A sports bike but that isn't a sports bike.
But then I've also been wanting to buy an actual sports bike. I don't believe I'll go on any racetracks, it's so expensive and I have no friends. So the CBR 650 R sounded nice. It's like a sports bike but gentler ?
I've been told it can do touring. I don't know exactly how much touring you can do on it though...
So my question is : do you believe the honda can do enough touring for someone who will go out max 4 times a year, and then go commute, joyride etc, or is the 1250FA best for me ?
