➡️For me, threatening memes should be punished when they are used to scare, bully, or intimidate someone.
Freedom of expression has limits, and when a meme causes real fear or damage to a person's honor or safety, it can become illegal.
A meme is not invalid just because it is offensive, but it becomes illegal if there is clear intent to harm or threaten.
➡️Threatening is only valid in rare situations, such as self defense or lawful protection.
If someone is protecting themselves from real and immediate danger, a warning or strong statement may be acceptable under the law.
Outside of that, threatening is not justified.
