Help with flash sync and output

Hi, I can consider myself as a professional photographer, I work full time in the industry since 2018 but in these days I’ve encountered a problem that I’ve never thought about before. I’ve always shot digital for work and some film for fun without professional flash, only top mounted ones in their simplest configuration. Recently I’ve bought a Mamiya 645 Pro to play with and I wanted to try to replicate some of my studio work with flashes on film. That’s the problem: the 645 has a planar shutter, a 1/60 sync speed and the possibility to mount leaf shutter lenses, and that’s fine I get it. Connected to a godox trigger with a PC sync cord, set up on my studio with three godox v1, softbox, ecc.. to get a proper exposure with a 200 iso film f4 I have to set the flashes to like 1/8 of output. I thought that at least I could’ve got away with something like 1/125, if I was fortunate maybe 1/256, but with 1/8 with a 1/60 shutter speed the risk of getting some movement is serious, let alone some handheld shooting. I thought to myself that the output from the Godox V1 is not enough, is it correct? A 1/125 from a V1 is different from a 1/125 from like an AD600 or 800? Or is a standard light measurement. I’ve never came across this problem with HSS sync on the Sony hahaha, I guess that today we live in ignorance from the problems of the past. With a leaf shutter i can solve the problem but any solution here is expensive I suppose. Thanks in advance for any kind of help
