Fiktionsbescheinigung request
Hello everyone,
My Blue card visa D (its in my passport) is expiring on 29th of september.
I applied to get the card on July 6th but never received any feedback, no appointment either.
I called they told me I should apply to get the fiktionsbescheinigung. But I dont see any specific place where I can apply in the website.
1- how can I apply to get the fiktionbescheinigung and how long does it take ?
2- I’m traveling outside germany and schengen area but Im returning before 29th of september is that okay?
3- my employer is asking about updates, what are the risks if I dont get the fiktionsbescheinigung before my visa (bc) expires ?
