rgentina this year in summer, probably July. I do have some questions and would like to get some tips because i'm really unfamiliar with life over there.

So basically, is Argentina safe for tourists, what should i visit and avoid (i'll be there for a month roughly) and do people speak English? I know some Spanish but it's really basic.
