If my ex was a food, they’d be fancy overpriced dessert .
Beautiful presentation. Gold flakes on top. Everyone staring like, “Wow, that looks luxury!”
First bite? Sweet. Soft. Feels special.
Second bite? Still sweet maybe too sweet.
Third bite? You realize it’s all sugar and no substance.
Cost me a lot. Looked amazing on Instagram.
But in the end? Temporary satisfaction and a stomachache of regret.
Now I prefer something real simple, balanced, and actually filling. Not just pretty on the plate.
