Here we are, my lovely INDIAN STICK INSECTS are back in their home after a temporary relocation today. π
Fun facts: Stick insects are peaceful creature, you see them holding yoga poses during the day π€ΈπΎββοΈ and dancing at night! ππΎ
They love bramble leaves and hanging around friends π (literally!!) πͺ΄ππ±
They do drop a HUGE amount of eggs during their life and that's why, every now and then, like today, I replace the soil and freeze it, to reduce the amount of hatching and overcrowding. The eggs looks like tiny tiny seeds π₯°
Did you notice the difference in size?? Cute little newborns are about 1cm long and will grew up to be 10-12cm long, shedding their skin 8 times!
