Git, Gitflow and Teamcity - best way to become more familiar with both?

Not suuuper related to programming but still.
I need to become more familiar with Git and Gitflow aaand Teamcity as part of career progression. Any suggestions on what resources to check out? I've already got the "Pro Git Book", anything else?
The goal is not to gain engineer-lvl proficiency but to become comfortable with using it, high lvl concept about how things work and what potentially can go wrong at what stage.
