Istanbul question
Hello all, hoping I can get some clarification on a situation that came up last night while playing Istanbul.
The question centered around the Caravansary. Player A moved to the Caravansary and dropped an assistant (no other merchants, family members, governor, or smuggler were present). They drew their two cards and discarded the one required to complete that action.
The question was whether their turn at that point was over or if they could still play a bonus card. They seemed to think no but my argument was that they had not yet completed the fourth phase of their turn (encountering fam members/gov/smug even though none were present) and could still use the bonus card.
What do yall think?
