To the kind stranger in Hamburg...
I want to say a very hearty thank you to the good natured, patient and kind lady that helped me at Hamburg airport to fill a luggage delay report form. We were on an Eurowings flight from stockholm to Hamburg; the flight scheduled for 12:20 was delayed for 2hrs. I had two kids and anyone who has travelled with little kids (aged under 3) will understand how strenuous it is. When we eventually arrived at Hamburg, we waited for almost an hour for our luggages only to be told that our luggages didn't fly with us. At this point I was drained, and my kids were cranky and hungry and I needed to take a train back to Bremen where we reside. I was almost losing it with the Eurowings staff who was at the counter. This kind lady saw me struggling and at the verge of tears offered to help and she put me through the process of filling out the delayed luggage report on my phone. It might seem like nothing to her but it was such a relief to have someone who understood the pressure I was in and spoke to me so kindly and reassuredly.
If you are that lady, I wanna say a huge thank you for showing me kindness when I didn't even expect it. I hope you see this somehow and know how awesome you are in every way.
