what tools are freelancers using for client management and recurring invoices these days?
i’ve been piecing things together with spreadsheets and manual reminders so far, but i’m starting to look for something a bit more organized as my freelance work grows. ideally something affordable or with a decent free tier.
mostly looking for a setup that can handle client info, contracts/e-signing, recurring invoices, renewal reminders, and automated follow-up emails without needing a bunch of separate apps duct taped together.
don’t really need built-in payment processing, just something that makes the admin side less manual and easier to keep track of long term clients. curious what’s worked well for other freelancers or small studios.
