At 76 years old, my mom still has amazingly strong knees. She can even outwalk me! 😂🚶‍♀️

I'm truly grateful that she's still healthy and doesn't need to take any maintenance medication. I believe that eating a balanced diet, practising moderation, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle can help you stay strong and enjoy a longer, healthier life.
