Anthony Burgess quote about making an omelette?
This was long ago so my memory is likely to be inaccurate, but I'm trying to find an account I read once of Anthony Burgess taking questions from an audience. IIRC it's such a brilliant performance that at some point an audience member raises their hand and flippantly asks "How do you make an omelette?". Burgess, without missing a beat, goes on to fluently reframe the question with a phrase that (I think!) includes the word "ovarious".
