Looking for a leather briefcase with a lock!

Hi! I need help with my dad’s birthday present. Does anyone know where I can buy a leather briefcase with a lock? My dad has an old one from 2004, so I wanted to surprise him with a new one. When I looked into them, most were around €300–€400. Does anyone have good recommendations for one under €100?
