I live near a provincial park, which has a large, unmonitored, parking lot. We are half an hour from the closest town. We have beautiful views, cliffside to the ocean.
But also, no camp ground, not allowed to camp, various no camping signs. My little town has a lot of karens.
Lots of van life people, mostly of the stealth or not so subtle stealth variety. Ford escapes with solar panels on them, parked with silver shade things over every window.
I work in the army, but when Im at home, I sell my chainsaw carvings in my front lawn. Apparently 40,000 tourists pass my front lawn? I can never make enough carvings.
What do van lifers need? If I put a tap plumbed to my well, labelled "free water" and stuck an old pepsi vending machine in my front yard, do ya'll need water and snacks?
What else, either from a free pov, or as sidehustle for me, do van dwellers always have a need for? I could have free wifi, i can change and patch tires, change oil, i could sell some common stove fuels (propane, butane, kerosine)?
Besides a (very) overpriced restaurant, there are no services for y'all. #lifestyle source
