Are you harming anyone?

You have the right to live your own life—fully and freely—as long as you cause no harm to yourself or others. This may seem simple, but let’s break it down because most people overlook key aspects of what this truly means.

Living as your True Self means embracing gratitude, compassion, empathy, and forgiveness while maintaining healthy boundaries. However, your freedom to live authentically comes with a fundamental responsibility: ensuring that your choices do not harm others or yourself—mentally, physically, or emotionally.

Most people only consider one or two of these areas. Maybe they focus on avoiding physical harm but neglect emotional damage. Or they guard their mental well-being but disregard how their actions affect others physically. Which of these do you prioritize? Which do you need to work on?

You cannot fully embody your True Self if you are causing harm in any of these ways. If your thoughts, words, or actions negatively impact someone—including yourself—then you are not truly living in alignment with your highest potential. You might convince yourself otherwise, but the truth will always surface.

To fully live as your True Self, commit to this rule: Do no harm—mentally, physically, or emotionally. Not to others. Not to yourself. Every decision, every reaction, every influence you have should be measured by this standard. Only then will you find the ultimate freedom to be who you were meant to be.

If this reached you or there was something that truly resonated with you, please like and share in hopes this will maybe reach someone that it could help.
