We can always find help if we look hard enough. But the reality of life is you have to learn how to weather your own storms.
The good thing is storms never last long. Our perception of them does at times. But the storms, itself, never last long.
Finding help is like using an umbrella. It can provide some shelter as you travel through the storm. But it is you that makes the progress to get through it.
I help those that I can. Through education, acknowledgment, explanation, repetition, support, and any other tool I can give. Those that are willing to do the work. But the truth is I cannot do the work for them. They have to be willing to work on themselves. And at times it may seem harder than the storm itself. But it is worth it, I promise.
So if you want help, ask. Ask anyone that cares. Seek out the experts that are willing to help. BUT, be willing to do the work. The work on yourself. The hardest work of all.
Remember, you are working on a masterpiece. For you are the masterpiece. Seek, learn, apply, but do the work.
