Fish with Bilimbi (Kamias)
Since I'm the only one eating at home today, I decided to cook something simple fish with bilimbi (kamias) as the souring ingredient. It's one of my favourite ways to cook fish because the bilimbi adds a delicious tangy flavour and helps remove the fishy smell. The bilimbi is hiding underneath the fish. 😂
