I may be having a little “artistic snob” moment here 😏, but I would love to understand what criteria are being used for these rewards. To me, recognition like this should reflect originality, creative labour, writing quality, production quality, or meaningful impact—not simply that something was recently posted. Spreading rewards is wonderful, but when every contribution is treated as equally exceptional, genuine effort starts to lose its value!!!!!
