BuyItForLife replacement for plastic loofah/poof
In order to feel clean I've always used the basic plastic loofah https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81MZoa2-1EL._AC_UF1000,1000_QL80_.jpg . They usually last a few weeks before they fall apart and get replaced. I know there are alternatives like washclothes, natural loofahs, various scrubbers but they were never quite gave me the exfoliation/clean feel.
I recently found an alternative called African Net Sponge. They are still made of synthetic materials like nylon etc but they will last significantly longer since they don't come bunched up (aka won't fall apart). They also have extra knots to add to the exfoliation.
I was used to the poof so it was a hit odd to just have it essentially unrolled, but it bubbles up just as nicely and exfoliates well. I've seen you can also buy accessory bags to have more of a poof experience although I have not tried them.
I've used them for a few months now and am happy to report they have held up well and I've fully transitioned away from my very disposable loofahs.
