Need recommendations on places to get a haircut.

I’m looking for a place to get a haircut by someone who actually cuts with scissors. I don’t mind if they use the machine for the edges and clean up but I’m tired of people who just do buzz cuts. Downtown or Midtown preferred.

THANKS !
