gamescom promo: Razer Hammerhead V3 X HyperSpeed for XBOX
If you attended Gamescom in Köln and were lucky enough to attend the Xbox Fanfest event, then the XBOX FanFest Team sent you a code and link to use to receive the Razer Hammerhead V3 X HyperSpeed for XBOX.
The code and link need to be used between September 23, 2026, at 00:00 UTC and October 16, 2026, at 11:59 PM UTC.
But here is the problem.
The link takes you to the US site.
And if you follow the instructions, you can not input a German address… because it is on the US website.
Why offer this promo if you can not even order it for Germany?????
But this is not the first problem with Fanfest in Germany. It seems there are other issues as well.
Hopefully either someone from the XBOX FanFest team or someone from Razer can sort this out.

The other big problem was that I won the ticket for XBOX FanFest and had +1.
So I registered myself and my friend for XBOX FanFest.
Both registrations went through.
On the night of FanFest we arrived late. There was one guy left at the entrance to sign-in.
The guy could not find me on the list but he could find my friend.
Also there were out of the entry goodie bags (which is fine).
But the guy wrote me in and we attended FanFest.
Ok... fast forward to when XBOX sent out the email with the various promo codes.
Only the email address that I used to register my friend for FanFest received the promo codes.
My main email did not.
This could because of the issue we experienced at the door when signing.
So I am using the email address associated with his ticket for the codes.
I wrote the FanFest team.... and told them if they correct there error and send other email address associated with my name, I would use that for my friend.
Which my friend agreed was fair since I won the ticket.
I have sent that email out three times and no answer.
I honestly would like to get this all sorted out.
