1️⃣ What plan of yours once failed suddenly?
I was a little disobedient to my mother. About 24 days before her passing, she became very ill. I kept telling myself that once she recovered, I would ask her for forgiveness and dedicate my whole life to serving her. But that moment never came. She left this world, and my plan failed forever.
2️⃣ How did you feel emotionally at that moment?
At that time, I felt like the most unfortunate girl in the world. I felt shattered because I didn’t get enough time to say sorry, to tell her how much I loved her, and to admit that I had hurt her many times without realizing it.
3️⃣ What did that experience teach you or how did it make you stronger?
This experience broke me completely, but it also reshaped my life. I made a new plan: to live my entire life doing good deeds to make my mother happy in the hereafter. I try to bring peace to her soul by helping others, doing charity in her name, and becoming a better human being—so that even if my plan failed in this world, it succeeds for her in the next.
