The exchange is new since I've last been here - it says you can deposit and withdraw USDC on it, is this only Ethereum based USDC or can you get it from other blockchains too (IE Arb or Base?).
I'm asking as the fees on ETH are much higher than the fees on other layer 2's.
I've got a good amount of Millix for now as I had a good amount from when I was active here last year and am not going to be selling any anytime soon, but I still want to know how to use the exchange properly; and more importantly how to get some more USDC on here to buy more Millix later on....

Thank you, it's a very helpful post; the video explains a lot. Yet I noticed I don't have a USDC wallet in either my social wallets nor my exchange wallets. I only have Millix wallets there. I'm probably going to have to ask someone about it, might make a comment under the video so the admins can help out with it if needed.
That's actually much better than Eth main chain. I can bridge easy to and from polygon. Thank you so much for clearing this up for me, as I tried to find the documentation for it and couldn't find it.
