Is my plan to move/relocate to Germany realistic?

So for a bit of background, I (23M) am coming from a smaller town in the US. For \~5 years I've been essentially looking for any affordable way to work or possibly get my bachelor's degree in Europe being frustrated with the way things are here, eventually getting burned out with some trial and error along the way, and honestly I'm not sure what to pursue. I have broad interests in creative/hands-on fields, on the fence between something that pays a lot or is broad encompassing, like Cloud/DevOps, system integration, z. B, or something more enjoyable like game design, sound design, the arts, z. B. The only problem is, I feel way too dumb/stupid to meet the requirements anywhere, especially navigating it all in a language I don't fully understand yet.

I have my High School diploma, during which I took a 2-year vocational school program in electrical wiring. Also took 1 year of academic study at a local community college for an Associate's in Media Production, which I was priced out of and couldn't finish or graduate. I also have a Google Career Certificate in IT Support, and my CompTIA A+. Currently have my A1 Goethe Zertifikat, waiting on A2, and hope to move to DE at the end of this year, or early 2027 (optimistic timeline).

For experience, given where I'm located, in addition to the "at-will" work culture here (iykyk), I haven't been able to sustain a Job with a single employer. Only managing to get since graduating:

labor roles in warehouses (2 1/2 years experience),
and mostly dead-end retail worker positions (2 years).

I have had experience working with my college's theatre department, setting up stage sets/working the lights & sound system for their summer shows (8 mo., also part of academic semester), another 8 months fixing slot machines in a casino, and 2 months in a contracted help-desk role for a company merger.

Since then I've looked at several Ausbildung/Job positions, given I'd need C1 german to get my bachelors degree anywhere. Not only that, but continuing studies in the US, especially just to meet one or two requirements for university admission in Germany is just not an option/too expensive. Any advice?

I do have a trip booked from the 25th - Okt 2 to see some of my favourite cities, and possibly a potential home (Köln, Hamburg, Berlin) if anyone would like to meetup or grab a coffee :)
