There has been an issue circulating online the moment you announced submitting a house bill pertaining on changing our university name — from President Ramon Magsaysay State University (PRMSU) to Zambales State University (ZSU). The idea was great and it has a point, but the timing was just not right. We are experiencing a crisis due to the oil price hike, and yet you were working on such house bill? We need more than that today. We need your solid plan on how we can survive in these trying days.
