My standing desk disconnects my USB devices every time I use it
I spent some money on a standing desk because I didn't like how I was sitting down all the time.
Everything seemed fine until I put my PC setup on it. Every time I press the button to raise the desk, Windows plays the USB disconnect sound and my keyboard, mouse and webcam all shut off for a second. Lowering it does the same thing. The PC stays on and both monitors are fine, its only the USB devices.
I thought a cable was getting pulled so I left everything completely loose and it still happens. It even happens if the desk only moves an inch. Has anyone seen this before? Did I accidentally buy a desk that is trying to uninstall my peripherals?
