LPT: Lyft pricing is location based. If you move slightly out of the congestion area, prices drop significantly.
JFK has this new construction thing going on for arrivals for one of their terminals. Rideshare app pickups must go through AirTrain to a secondary location. At the terminal it was $45, but during the AirTrain ride, it was $25. Too bad when I got to the location, it went back up to $45.
So make your request while on the AirTrain!
