Good morning everyone. Yesterday, after we checked out from casa terrazola, we stopped by Ridge Park (kainan sa bahay kubo) a nipa hut-style restaurant in tagaytay, and had lunch there. The place is beautiful, with a stunning view of taal volcano. The weather was cool in that area, too. Their bulalo was delicious perfect for the cold weather, as a warm and flavorful soup was just what we needed. We also ordered other dishes like kare-kare and sisig, but that's the only photo I managed to take because everyone was already hungry haha.
