One of my next projects is done, 3 owners , but only one paid yet.
I think the before and after imagine speaks for itself and maybe I get the other owners onboard to begin the next stage of cleaning their abandoned house.
House will be for sale( that is what they plan to do) on a 10.000 m2 land, approx 900k euro in Romania, transilvania. Near me.

yep , alone , 1-2 days- taking the cement stones out - digging the plants out , cutting the grape plant , cutting 2x ,,japanese roses,, bushes- putting the cement blocks back... cleaning the leftovers - i kind of liked this project, i tend to make some commercial with these photos to take clients who have such work for me
its 1ha, the absolute minimum for having a homestead and some gardening plots to be somewhat self sufficient. Even 90k for that would be quite a bit high. 9k for 1ha in romania seems to be a plausible price but since theres a house on it and electricity/water, i reckon it could be a bit higher.
the area is actually good because at the garden end- is a street connection, so practically you can cut out 1000m2 from the 10.000m2 make 2-3 parcels aka 200-300m2 , build 2-3 houses, sell them for 100- 200k , and repeat that with the next 1000m2 until you think you sold enough of that garden :), i would do it - and one owner is practically family , but i dont have the money ,yet
