Should I cover or temporarily remove the solar panels?
In the apartment for the next few years but still want to escape a few times a year.
I've disconnected and removed the power station, so the solar panel wires are just hanging out in the back.
Next trip will be the end of next winter or early next spring. To somewhere warm and sunny.
The power station is Ecoflow and I bought the battery direct charger so I suppose I could just permanently remove the panels if I'm only doing 2 week long trips, but that requires lots of driving or idling which kinda sucks too.
Should I cover them? Remove them? Any damage if I don't do either? I'd have to fill the drill holes then redrill them when I want to trip. So that's a pain but if ya'll recommend that, I'll do what I have to do. I'm just looking for the laziest, easiest way to not damage anything so I can reuse it for trips.
