Picking up my van and first solo road trip home!
Flying from Portland to Denver to pick her up and drive home over the course of 3-5 days! I'm so excited to get to know the van I plan to live in, and also a little nervous - I'm a solo they/them and this is my first road trip alone. The van is a diy build out with a propane stove, electric, fridge, and bed so I should be set with everything I need. Planning to take I-70 and stay on BLM land or "stealth" in cities,depending on which feels safest.
Any advice for our maiden voyage? Must-see stops along the way? Things I should pick up before I hit the road?
