In the middle of this conflict we have the mysterious and lonely figure of Max, Mel Gibson gives an excellent performance, his character does not speak much, he lets his actions, fast, strong and determined, speak for him, perhaps his motivation that in the first Part of the film may seem opportunistic to us, but as the minutes go by, Max wins, slowly transforming into a true hero!!! Miller's direction, the post-apocalyptic world, the settings, Mel Gibson's interpretation, the characters that accompany Max, the spectacular action scenes, its brutality and violence, make MAD MAX 2 The Road Warrior one of the best action films in history, a precursor in the post-apocalyptic genre that marked the way for many other films that followed after it, turning it into a cult film, in my opinion a true masterpiece of action cinema.
