LPT You can do work distracted too instead of not doing at all
You don't need to focus, you don't need to do lot of things at once, you just need to at least do something.
I feel so lazy to work on my side project and also learn coding-related things that I skip it for weeks or even months.
Now, I just keep the anime running or a movie running on mobile, then I start working by only focusing on work 20% and 80% focusing on anime, then I will get some work done and sometimes I just turn off the anime so I can focus on work cause it starts getting complex.
For house chores too, just open put on the video you like and do very slowly, something is so far better than nothing.
Do it distracted but do it.
Especially useful if you have hard time to start and been procrastinating over the work, just tell yourself you'll be watching anime/movie but just open the work and do few here and there basic things. Also make sure you don't work on the complex things that mess things up for you if not fully focused.
Working on basic things, cleaning house, chores, etc. It is hardest to start so tell yourself you're actually just "pretending" to work while mainly watching movie/anime. Even if you get 10% work done, that's actually something.
