Expose Them or Not Expose Them......That is the Question…

Expose Them or Not Expose Them......That is the Question

There is a value in NAMING ABUSERS.....This should go for abusive coworkers, abusive HR, abusive managers, and especially abusive corporations. The ones who clearly do not value the basic humanity of their employees allowing them to be harassed, discriminated against and takes steps to retaliated against them for participating in legally protected activities by filing HR complaints about the treatment they are facing in their workplace.

Going "scorched earth" means more than just being a "HR nightmare". No.

The jobs have proven they won't listen to us in fact they will vilify us. My former predatory employer, FedEx, did that to me when I participated in protected activities regarding the discriminatory harassment I was facing in my workplace for over a year and FedEx retaliated against me for it and eventually pushed me out of my job altogether.

What I am talking about is making the factual truth come back to haunt them. They will ignore us, but how much negative publicity will they be able to ignore?

They will have a problem when their bad behavior is brought into the light.

I'm curious...would you name your abusive employer publicly? Of course consequences can be blacklisting, career stagnation, vilification, some employers may even attempt to through a bogus defamation claim against you, but if you are telling the truth (like me), if you have nothing to lose career wise because the toxic employer has already snuffed out your career goals (like me), if your toxic employer has already affected your earning potential (like me), and if you can withstand possible vilification (like me)......would you do it?

I think that naming abusers is one of the only ways to bring them down and/or make them change their ways.
