Look at the broader macroeconomic conditions and state of crypto. Crypto is regulated by governments, and governments are now interested in creating their own virtual currencies.
Do you think people will be buying btc in the upcoming recession, when people can't afford car payments? The average joe already got burned by bitcoin at its peak popularity when they bought at the top.
You are gambling unless you have an actual thesis.

. I think crypto is fundamentally more valuable than fiat or debt instruments. It doesn't matter to me if other people buy it as a speculative investment. I decide based on what I think, not what I suspect the crowd might think. The crowd doesn't form beliefs as much as they accept beliefs provided by economists and the media. Economists and the media are particularly incompetent.
