Next Month is the Thai New Year, Songkran.
For those who celebrate Songkran, what is your favorite holiday Thai Dish?

It is an older video since the last couple years Songkran has been severely reduced in its celebratory nature due to Covid.
When I taught Computer Science at the University of Chiang Mai I would march with the faculty every year in this parade. The parade goes from the Chiang Mai Train Station down Tapae Road to Wat Phra Singh.
Anyway, here is my favorite Songkran Food. Atchariya A-yai , my sister in-law will be making this for me.
