Does tradition make our personality or is it urban life? What is main thing for making a good personality?

If you place a plant in the shade it won't flourish place it in the sun and it thrives. We are programed from our surroundings and experiences. Nothing comes from within. Mark Twains book on what is man is very good

I also think we grow as plant with our experience. We born as individues, and through life we make exp every single day something new that could make us different. Right?

That plant has basic needs sun water nutrition the right temperature and it needs a certain amount of darkness. The hitler youth didn't grow up to hate Jews. They where indoctrinated to do so a person doesn't set up a cancer charity fund unless it had a close experience with a loss close to them grandparents or parents for example. People who grow up in 3rd world vs people who where born in Beverly hills have a much different outlook. Kind parents vs abused upbringing. I have manners cause my parents raised me with respect I know kids that haven't had that education.
Well, we can agree. From a first day of babys life, untill grow up, perents have enormous part of kids life. In first 3 years of kids life, it observes, watch, learn from perents. So that is very large part of experience in our lifes. As human race i would say.

The child is already sussing out life from within the womb it feels the mothers happiness and stress it's nutrition. There has been a study on pregnancy when men go of to war whilst the woman is pregnant the kid has a higher chance of anxiety and has social problems later in life. Another study during the Dutch hunger winter where there was very little food most kids came out with nutrition and diabetes problems. A kids brain isn't fully developed until a year and a half after birth. Once all nutritional values are in place then it's social environment and education that builds a person.
The upbringing and the environment contribute to ones personality not forgetting hereditary.
