If two planes pass above me at the exact same instant, one travelling at Mach 2 and the other travelling at Mach 8, will I hear them at the same time?

I'd say at the same time
speed of sound shouldn't change depending on how fast the object is moving
so if in theory 2 planes appear through teleportation above your head you will hear them at the same time
