What are your board game predictions for 2023?
After listening to the latest SU&SD podcast, I've made some of my own predictions for 2023. Mine are (from most to least likely) are:
* Frosthaven will end the year just outside the BGG top 10.
* A new mechanic/trend will emerge (like deck builders, legacy games or roll and writes).
* A digital version of Ark Nova will be announced.
* Brass: Yorkshire and Brass: Isle of Wight will be announced.
* Leder Games will announce a new game named "Fear".
* The rights to Glory to Rome will be settled, and we'll be seeing a reprint.
What kind of crazy predictions do you have for 2023?
