Also my distro team maybe interested in helping with that side, small company from Canada called 2HighMedia but i have direct contact with the owner and i have mentioned Tangled to him before and he said he would look into it... But didn't but i think he would like this idea.
Think it could be a great way for you to test some of the distribution side
