We don't want to redo the signup with new email addresses because it's difficult for them to find internet connexion. So please help us.
PS : they use french language. Maybe that was also the reason why we have this issue? Because the french version of tangled doesn't work properly. I guess, I don't know.

Maybe I can provide you too their email addresses to certify that I know these people and I talk to them? I can ask them the emails used for signup.

The counter on affiliate program menu didn't change. I have the same number of referrals.

Same problem here. No bonus. No automatic subscribe to me. So I guess the problem remains.
I can tell about people that I know personnally, but maybe the issue also occured for people I don't know personnally, when I shared my link in facebook and torum groups... maybe... there's no way to confirm.

From today, people ask me to do the first step of signup for them to avoid any possible errors that may occur. So, you will see a lot of accounts signing up with my IP, but connecting later with their own IP.

There are very very very very important bugs with the French version. You may think that they are not that important, you may think that it can wait. But a lot of people doesn't understand any english word. So they are about to give up, just because the french version has these bugs. Our hours of efforts to explain tangled to these french speaking people are lost without results. Please help...
Not yet. The problem with french is that some buttons doesn't work.
For example if you want to edit your profile, when you click on your name, it directly goes to your profile, it doesn't show the dropdown menu.
Another example, if you want to post something, most of the time the button to post doesn't work when you click on it, then you must switch to english.
Same issue with comments, the button doesn't work when you click on it.
I guess there may be other bugs.
