Where can we ask for technical obstacles either about Millx Wallet at Millix.com or bitcoinwallet.com? Because the answer to the "Help" button cannot provide a solution. Is it appropriate if I ask that in public space like Post Tangled? (Sorry, because there is no private message feature available) 😅🙏

We experienced a limit problem, when doing withdrawing with the process of selling Millix to Bitcoin. I have done a verification account, with notification

Daily Transaction Limit 500,000,000,000 Mlx ($ 250,000.00000000) "at Millx.com.
But, we can only make transactions with a limit of approximately 499,000,000. (maybe that per day). And we have to wait for our limits to return. The information we got from "Help" we must verify the data (we have done it), and the limit will return in 18 hours. But we found that almost 3days limit had not returned to normal to nominal 499,000,000. Our question is there is a wrong input data between the 499,000,000 limit (maybe this means 500,000,000) with a notification of 500,000,000,000? And why does the limit not return immediately in 18 or 24 hours? Because we need it for our operations. thanks for your attention 🙏

I have two accounts 1. "Gembelzberkarya" 2. "Jhoansferon", because the limit applies in one account I finally made a new name with the name "Jhoansferon", to get a new limit. And now available balances on "Jhoansferon" and limit not available

You dont have to use millix.com to exchange your millix to BTC or other kind of crypto. Using Metamask to bridge it to Eth blockchain and swapping to another crypto is so easy. There is no limit there. :)
