Birth Ceritificate Change
Hello everyone, I just had my family member's birth certificate digitalized by a law firm called DNExpress. They sent me my family member's new birth certificate as a pdf, and I checked the Acta de Nacimento website, entered their information, and it was all correct. Fast foward to right now, and the birth certificate changed on the Acta de Nacimento website. Last name changed from Gonzalez to Gonzales. What happened, and how do I correct this change that I didn't make?
