Police believe a bus driver suffered a medical episode before a crash that left the vehicle stuck on a concrete median strip on a busy road in
Sydney 's Inner West.
The crash stopped traffic on the busy Victoria Road at Lyons Road in Drummoyne just before 12.30pm.
A heavy duty tow truck lifted the bus off the concrete strip and back onto the road before it was cleared after 4pm this afternoon.

Fire and Rescue NSW Inspector Graeme Moore said it was a bizarre situation.
"I haven't quite seen a bus in that position," Moore said.
"Removing the bus (from) this precarious position is no easy feat.
"Firefighters have now stabilised the bus on one side (and are) now trying to find a way to pull it from this bollard."

A major emergency response was required to stabilise and remove the bus. (Nine)
Twenty patients were assessed at the scene and three people were taken to hospital with minor injures. (Nine)
Everyone was freed from the bus, which was left balancing on two wheels with the barrier propping up one side.
NSW Ambulance said 20 patients were assessed at the scene with the bus driver and one passenger taken to hospital with minor injuries.
A driver in a ute was trapped and later taken to hospital with minor injuries.
Witness James Willis told 2GB he had "never seen anything like it".
"I have just had a quick chat to the driver, who really isn't sure what happened," Willis, an executive producer at the Nine radio station, said.
He said another vehicle had been impacted as well.
"There is a bus in the middle of these concrete bollards up on its side.
"It is on two wheels, the front windscreen has been completely smashed and from what I can see, all of the passengers have got off."
There were traffic diversions in place and motorists were urged to avoid the area after the lunchtime incident.
