HVAC company wanted $350 to fix my AC. I did it myself for $25.

My heat pump stopped blowing cold air yesterday. Instead of calling out an emergency technician and paying a massive diagnostic fee and markup I checked the panel myself. Took a while to find a store that sold one.
The Issue: A blown dual run capacitor.
The Fix: Found the exact 40+5 micro farad replacement locally for twenty five bucks.
The Result: Staying cool while keeping cash in my pocket.
