Bread Maker - Is it worth the upfront cost?
I love the idea of homemade bread and knowing the ingredients that go into each loaf. I especially love the idea of hot, fresh bread out of the oven. I failed at making sourdough. Basically because it required too many steps and lots of planning. I’ve seen the 3 ingredient bread recipes but I don’t want to knead or slap and fold. I’d have to buy the machine and after that, free bread. Flour is cheap!
