is it just me or it's frustrating to see coworkers being so content on pathetic raises & no promotions for years yet they are always ready to be a kiss-a** for the bosses
sorry for the rant but i hate how content they all appear with virtually no progress in their careers
i'm here frantically searching for a better job or to come up with ideas to start something of my own and become self independent financially & they're just soooo content that they all got a 10 percent pay raise and a bonus or two in whole year while the CEO, CFO, MD and all top management literally make hundreds of times more than them
