HR wants us to leave Glassdoor reviews and send screenshots proving it
HR sent everyone an email asking employees to leave reviews on Glassdoor because our rating dropped.
I ignored it.
This morning my manager said HR wants confirmation from each department and asked everyone to send a screenshot once their review is posted.
Someone asked if it had to be positive and he replied, “Obviously we’re hoping employees represent the company fairly.”
They keep calling it voluntary while tracking who has completed it.
I’m not attaching my name to a fake five star review because HR wants better recruiting numbers.
Half our team still hasn’t sent anything. Curious what happens next.
