Here is my submission for Activity #CulturalCelebrations by
Eid Festival.
Eid , a day of joy and happiness, we celebrate on 1st of Shawal ( Islamic month name) right after Ramadan. It has great importance according to our faith spiritually.
Eid day is not a day of vacation and some food but it is symbol of rich religious history and traditional reassemble.
Eid day stay more busy for me due to extra cooking and preparation. First of all as family elder, I look after all the clothing, shopping of other attachments and commodities for the day. Then preparation especially the stitching of clothes for my dolls, I do all by myself.
On Eid day I go with my hubby in prayers and soon after busy in kitchen for luxury breakfast. Then lunch preparation started and until noon I stay in kitchen for it . The most satisfaction part for me that my beloved ones get the best food on this day.
Evening sometime hubby's friend came to our home so again tea, coffee and Petties or some times they invited us to their homes and we goes there.
Night ice cream is another part of celebration. Mostly we all family goes to ice cream parlor for it . And that's how my Eid day goes with lot of pleasure and happiness.
